25mm scale - 10 Figures - 3 Spear) (add weapon) Poses/Large Round Shield - PLR-11 Medium Cavalry is partially armored. Figures wear a tunic with a chain mail yoke covering the shoulders and part of the upper back. The attachment pieces (1 on each side) hang down further over the tunic in front and back. And chain mail wrist pieces are attached to the ends of the sleeve. On either side of the front skirt of the tunic are circular (discs) of chain mail for decoration. In "Pig Wars" rules, this would not be recognized as a "Chain Mail Shirt" and, therefore, it would not be considered armored. Fully Armored-shirt & shield = +4 and Partially Armored-shirt or shield = +2 to the dice roll. It is possible to credit this protection (as we do with leather or linen shirts) by allowing a +1 (with shield +2 +1 = +3 to the dice) which fits nicely between the partially armored and the fully armored classifications. Other gaming systems have a wider classification range within which this partial armor would fall.
